Hey there! I'm just popping in quickly today to share the mani I did for this week's 26 Great Nail Art Ideas prompt of blobbicure. Since I'm really feeling fall colors lately, I did a autumn-toned blobbicure using slightly sparkly polishes. I'm pretty sure any blobbicure I've tried in the past has been with all cremes. The sparkle is kinda nice.
To start I used Zoya India. I did a first coat normally and then a really thick second coat (since you need enough polish for the blobs to spread out a little).
For the blobbicure part of it, I used Zoya Ziv and Autumn. I really just used polish straight off the brush. I've tried it with dotting tools before but it's hard to get enough polish on them for it to spread. To finish, I just used Vibrant Vinyls top coat and my blobbicure was done.
I just realized this is the last prompt we have set for 26 Great Nail Art Ideas. Participation has been rather low so maybe this challenge will end, maybe it'll start again later? Either way, I know I won't be stopping nail art anytime soon. It'll just mean I have to come up with some of my own ideas!
