The Digit-al Dozen does Colors That Collide - Autumn Layered Stamping

Hey there!  Hope everyone has had a lovely Thursday.  It's Day 4 of The Digit-al Dozen's Colors That Collide week (though only my third post cause I still haven't caught up).  I was googling autumn colors and saw this picture which became my inspiration for this collision of colors.  I ended up really liking it.  It might end up being my favourite of the week.

I wasn't sure what color base to do for these, white or yellow.  I opted for yellow (OPI Good Grief) since i know the stamping wouldn't cover every bit of the base.

For the stamping I used Clear Jelly Stamper's V-14 which has a sort of pseudo-gradiented layered image.  I didn't really try to line the different layers up properly though since I wasn't getting the greatest pick up so I wouldn't have been able to get a full coverage final image anyway.  So I did them just a tiny bit randomly.

The stamping colors I used were Mundo de Unas Noche Buena, Red, Brick and Ginger.  Then finished it up with a coat of Seche Vite.

I'll be back tomorrow with hopefully both of my last two mani's for the DD theme.  I think now I'm gonna take a night away from my nails so I watch my Thursday night TV!

'Til next time...
