Sunday Stamping - Over a green base

Hey there!  I mentioned on Friday that I had a Sunday stamping manicure that I loved and here it is.  The theme this week was "over a green base" and I immediately knew what I was going to do.  When I received Glam Polish Tinker Bell for review a few months ago I thought "how cute would this be with fairy stamping?' and I finally did it.

This was two coats of Glam Polish Tinkerbell.  I made stamping decals for the fairies and mushrooms using MoYou London Fairytale -01.  I think the reason I loved this so much was that this was the first time I used some glitter in the stamping decals.  The pink fairy was filled in using Essie A Cut Above and the blue fairy had some Picture Polish Splash, then acrylic paint was used to fill the decals to full opacity.

The mushrooms were filled with acrylic paint.  And the butterflies were added using Mundo de Unas Pastel Blue (#6) and Tulip (#51).

Lastly I added the grass with a Vivid Lacquer plate that I had received this week, VL019.  I've already used this grass image twice (I'll show you the other one tomorrow...or later today if I'm feeling motivated).  The stamping polish I used here was another Mundo de Unas polish (dark green #7).  You seriously can't beat these stamping polishes.  So thick and pigmented that they always stamp perfectly!

What do you think?  Did I do justice to Tinker Bell with my fairy manicure?

'Til next time...
