Springtime Water Marble Nail Art

Hey there!  Happy Easter (to those of you who celebrate the holiday)!  Normally today would be a Sunday Stamping day but this week's theme is Easter and I didn't think I could do better than the Easter stamping I did last week.  So today I did an Easter/spring water marble with some flower stamping.

I can't decide if I like these more with or without the stamping so I thought I'd give them both equal attention.  The water marble took a ton of polishes.  I started with a white base of OPI Alpine Snow.  I've been going through a lot of this one lately.  I think it's my favourite white at the moment.  Then the marbling used Nubar Oh Baby Pink (pink), American Apparel Summer Peach (peach), China Glaze Lemon Fizz (yellow), Sally Hansen Mint Sorbet (green), Wet n Wild I Need a Re-fresh Mint (blue) and Sally Hansen Lacey Lilac.  Kind of looks like candy, in my opinion.

For the stamping I used a flower image MoYou London Pro -10XL.  I wanted to use one with lots of empty space so the water marble could still show through.  I did a gradient stamping using Mundo de Unas Lavender (#49), Purple (#21) and Fiucsa (#20).

So which way do you guys think it looks better?  Not that I can undo the stamping now...

'Til next time...
