The Digit-al Dozen does Cocktails - Mojitos

Hey there!  Today's Digit-al Dozen cocktail mani is a pretty simple one, to go with a relatively simple drink - the mojito.  The main components (other than rum) are lime and mint so I picked a stamping plate that has a lime/lemon images and leaves.  I'll just pretend that the leaves are mint leaves...deal?

Here's the look at a mojito including how to make one (though this version sounds a little fancier than "stick this stuff in a cup and drink it" which is how I prefer to consume things).

So far I've made good on my promise to use all Hit The Bottle polishes since they often have drink-associated names.  For these I did a gradient of Moonshine, Sweet Child of Lime and Sea What I Green.

For the stamping I used Maniology M028 stamped with Hit The Bottle The Huntress Awaits.  I also have layered images but I kept it simple and didn't layer these, mostly because I only had time to do my nails once last night and didn't want to end up with a mistake since I'm pretty terrible at lining up layered images.  This plate has so many fruit images.  If you like fruit like I do and want it yourself, the discount code COPY10 will save you 10% on it.

I got a little fun with this one and added a slice of fimo lime since it seems all the drinks I've done this week end with a slice of fruit!

That's all for today's cocktail nails.  I only need to come up with two more ideas and then I can spend my weekend potentially consuming alcohol instead of googling it!

'Til next time...
