Whats Up Nails Shattered Holo Petal Glitter

Press  Sample

Hey there!  Today I only have a single mani to share.  That hasn't happened for awhile!  But this one is worth its own post because SPARKLE!  So much sparkle!  I was sent the Whats Up Nails Shattered Holo Petal Glitter and decided to apply it full coverage.  It was pretty amazing.  And then I stamped it and it got even cooler.  At least that was my opinion...

Shattered Holo Petal Glitter
$7.75 USD/1 gram jar

Here's how the glitter looked on its own.  It's really exactly as it's named...little irregularly-shaped pink-lilac colored glitter with tiny holo rainbows.  I applied it following @nails_bychels video for applying flakies.  I rubbed it all over a stamper head and and applied it on a tacky clear coat over A England Angel Grace. seemed similar in color to the glitter so any naked patches wouldn't show through.  If you apply like this, definitely use a cuticle protector.  That makes it a breeze to clean up.  As for the glitter, it seems like it'd be sharp and rough but it's surprisingly smooth.  But I did smooth it out even more with Glisten & Glow top coat.

And, of course, I couldn't resist stamping over it with a negative space image (that's what negative space stamping images are all about).  I picked the flame image from Whats Up Nails B010 (previously sent for review) with Mundo de Unas Black.  First I tried the lightning image from what plate but the lines were too skinny to really see the holo glitter goodness.  This glittery flames are badass but pretty.

That's all for today.  It's time for me to get home and get some food into me (I'm starving!)  You can find this product and so much more on Whats Up Nails website linked below.
