Hey there!  Today I have swatches of some Kokie Cosmetics polishes.  I don't think Kokie releases collections so this is just a random selection of polishes.  I've reviewed polishes for them before and have always been pleasantly surprised.  Their cremes have ended up in quite a few nail art looks for me.  I like the formula and opacity a lot!  Today I have 4 cremes, a glitter and a metallic polish to look at.  The cremes are still my favourites but the others are nice too!  And, since I couldn't resist, I threw together a quick drip marble as well.  I love how it turned out!

Hey there!  Today I have a stamping plate and polish review for Born Pretty Store.  I haven't reviewed a Born Pretty product in ages but I'm more than happy to.  They are certainly a go-to nail art supply store when I'm looking for quality, inexpensive products.  That being said, since they are based in Asia, orders do take awhile to appear in my mail box but I'm rarely disappointed once I receive them.  They sent me 2 stamping plates and 2 chameleon stamping polishes to try out so let's take a look!

Hey there!  Today brings us to the end of another Digit-al Dozen themed week.  I double posted a bunch this week so I feel like it's been a long week of blogging for me so I'll be happy to take tomorrow off and hopefully start on next month's nails.  If I don't get them done this weekend, I'm not sure when I'll have time.  I've never skipped a DD month yet and I'm not planning on starting now!  Anyway, for today's 5th and final textured look, I'm not entirely sure what I was going for.  I've called them sea glass nails but I don't think that's entirely accurate thanks to the flakies, hence I've called them mermaid sea glass. ..

The Digit-al Dozen does Textured - Sugar Spun Nails

Hey there!  For Day 3 of The Digit-al Dozen's Textured Week, I tried my hand (no pun intended) at sugar spun nail art.  I haven't attempted this for years!  And after doing this, I remember why.  It's not the most enjoyable nail art I've done.  You have to wait until your blob of polish thickens up...but not wait so long that it dries too much.  It's constant checking!  I think I waited too long since my lines are pretty darn thick.  But at least they definitely fulfill the textured component!
