UberChic Beauty Vacation Mode, Garden Love, Fourth of July and Mini Plate Folder

Press  Sample

Hey there!  Today might be the most summer-y post I've had this year.  UberChic Beauty recently came out with 3 new plates, Vacation Mode, Garden Love and Fourth of July, that are full of images that remind me of summer with UberChic's impeccable quality.  I adore all the plates.  I might not be a gardener or an American but I can still see myself using a bunch of the images on these plates so they're certainly not limited to those that identify as such.  And who doesn't love being in vacation mode?  I can't wait until I take a few weeks at the lake this summer.  UberChic also came out with a holder for her mini plates and I have a couple photos of that to show you too.  Keep reading for all the details.

UberChic Beauty Farm Fresh & Graduation Mini Plate Review

Press  Sample

Hey there!  Today I have a review of UberChic Beauty's newest mini plates - Farm Fresh and Graduation.  I grew up in the country and, while I wasn't from a farming family myself, I was surrounded by farms so my best friends were all farmers.  I spent many an hour sitting on tractors with my guy friends in high school while they were plowing fields and doing other farmer stuff that I never understood.  Nowadays, I'm in the city but I still buy from farmers markets (the food just tastes so much better) so I guess I still have a farm connection.  As for the graduations, it's been many a year since I graduated (I finished my PhD in 2007) but since I was in school for so darn long, I love to hear about other people also finishing school.  I wish I could've had something like these on my nails for my graduations!

The Digit-al Dozen does Birthdays - February 2017

Hey there!  Today's title is pretty much a big fat lie.  Usually at the end of the month, any of us from The Digit-al Dozen that have the time try to do a mani inspired by a photo chosen by the birthday girl(s) that month.  However it turns out that nobody has a February birthday so this month Amanda picked an adorable photo...but one that I had no idea how to tackle.  I didn't have much time so I was going to skip this month but then I wore a pink polish and thought maybe I could fake my way through it with some stamping.  Here's what I came up with.

The Digit-al Dozen does December: Christmas Splatter

Hey there!  For the middle of The Digit-al Dozen's December-themed week, I've got another Christmas mani to share.  I guess it's not really a Christmas design since it's just splatter stamping but I would say I can't see these colors together without thinking of the holidays so I think it fits the theme.  To be honest, I just wanted to try out my very first Vapid polish and I thought it'd make a nice base here.
